Hello. Thursday. Remixes.
Did you know that Luxembourg is the in the Guinness World Records twice? Not only because it's the richest country in the world, but also because of Vandelux's honorable remix of "The Golden Things You Do" by J5 featuring The Tempt8ions. Okay, so maybe the native producer and his remix isn't listed, but I think you'll agree that it's vastly rich in groove and therefore all E's written in relation to Vandelux should be swapped with the Euro symbol. So if you'r€ still living thos€ Thursday hours, this is a p€rf€ct jam to throwback and kick up your f€€t to!
Imagine sitting on a crowded airplane with your headphones on listening to KASBO's remix of Selena Gomez's "Good For You" featuring A$AP Rocky, while Aloha (the in-flight movie) is playing on a screen two feet from your face. That's me right now. I'm pretending Emma Stone is Selena Gomez and Bradley Cooper is A$AP Rocky. Or maybe Rachel McAdams is Selena and Bill Murray is A$AP. Regardless however you skin it, KASBO comes out swinging with an all-star entourage.
I'm not familiar with The Score, but leave it to Kat Krazy to steal their thunder and deliver a remix of their song "Oh My Love" that should probably now be the original version. Keep in mind, I haven't listened to the original version but don't be crazy and question me or Kat.
Listen, if Oprah heard Chet Porter's remix of Hitmane's "Over U" she'd no doubt morph into talk show giveaway mode and start yelling and pointing to every member of the audience, "You get a copy, and you get a copy and you get a copy, EVERYONE GETS A COPY OF CHET PORTER'S NEW REEEEEEEEEMIIIIIIIIX." It really is that good though. One u won't be over anytime soon.
